Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Shopify apps developed and published by Pure Commerce (Pty) Ltd.

1. Free Trials

Some of our apps may offer a free trial period. If a free trial is available, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial, charges will be applied automatically based on the subscription or pricing plan you select.

To avoid being charged, you must uninstall the app before the trial period ends.

2. Monthly or Recurring Subscriptions

Recurring billing plans will renew automatically unless you uninstall the app or cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on an active subscription. However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date to request a review.

3. One-Time Fees

Apps or features purchased as a one-time charge are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the app’s description. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the app as intended, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request support or refund eligibility review.

4. Service-Based Work

If you engage Pure Commerce (Pty) Ltd for custom integrations, onboarding, or consulting related to any of our apps, these services are quoted and billed separately. Refunds for services are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you're eligible for a refund based on the conditions above, please email us at filipe@purecommerce.co.za with the following:

• Your Shopify store URL
• Name of the app in question
• Date of charge

 

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.

6. Final Note

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Pure Commerce (Pty) Ltd. Shopify may handle billing on our behalf, but we remain responsible for refund decisions related to our apps.
